May was a busy month for us and seemed like it was over just as it began! Baseball season came upon us and now there are only a couple of weeks left. Ryan has enjoyed the season, but is frustrated because he can't always hit the ball when he is at bat. This has then translated to him leaving the plate in tears. What happened to just having fun?! I haven't seen any other boys leave the plate crying because they struck out. Why is it just my son?! Does he wish to embarass himself and us? With each instance, I get closer and closer to investing in a video recorder so he can see himself. I sure hope we get past this stage soon!

Olivia finished up another year of preschool and we enjoyed watching her in her graduation ceremony and concert. She placed herself (since her teacher informed me that the children lined themselves up on stage) in front of the microphone and sang very loudly, drowning out everyone around her. She very well may be the next American Idol. She enjoys attention and is not afraid to "ham" it up for an attentive audience.

This is Olivia with her teacher Ms. Lesley. Olivia loves her teacher and looked forward to seeing her every school day.

I can hardly believe that Evan is 15mos old!! He is a delight, but has earned the name "trouble" because of everything he gets into.

So, Evan isn't walking yet, but no worries because Miranda didn't walk until she was almost 18mos. He started moving around everyone on his belly, otherwise known as the low or high crawl, then went to his hands and knees for a couple of weeks. He now enjoys doing the bear crawl and has found it to be an effective way to get around.
On your mark....

Get set...

Go!!
